Market order book auto-fill fix

- Fixed `/economy/market` order-book depth interactions so clicking a bid/ask level now reliably pre-fills side, price, and quantity from that level.
- Added an immediate confirmation prompt from depth-click flow before order placement, then submits only after explicit player confirmation.
