Feedback modal now keeps unsent draft input on close/reopen

- Updated the in-game Bug Report / Feature Request modal so unsent form details stay intact when you close and reopen it during the same page session.
- Draft report fields now reset after a successful send (or on page refresh), preventing accidental loss from close/reopen interactions.
