Sidebar categories now expanded by default with persistent collapse toggles

- Updated the desktop in-game sidebar so top-level categories with children render expanded by default instead of hover-only expansion.
- Added per-category collapse/expand toggles and local preference persistence, so your chosen collapsed sections stay the same between sessions.
