Statistics route pack F: dedicated `/statistics` v5 migration slice (Issue #788)

- Updated Statistics pages for Alliances, Wars, Market, and Seasonal leaderboards to use shared v5 `Card`/`Button` primitives for mobile cards and controls.
- Alliances leaderboard now uses a mobile card layout and hides the desktop table on small screens to prevent horizontal overflow at 375px.
- Existing statistics filters, windows, and aggregate values remain unchanged.
